How safe is Tbilisi?

I am thinking of going to Tbilisi for a week and was wondering how safe it is for a lone american female to wander around seeing the sights.

please,do not be afraid!it is safe to travel and being in tbilisi!you%26#39;ll just see very friendly people,who really likes american!no matter if you are a female or j male!you can find many hotels to stay there!marriott or sheraton are the best,but you can find chieper ones!tbilisi is really beautiful place to visit!enjoy!

eadreel tbilisi is very calm and beautiful city,,, and you will have no problems here,, and visit Mtskheta as well it is 20 km-s far from tbilisi

It is absolutely safe to for you, or any others, to visit Tbilisi. It is a wonderful city and you will be able to see a lot of sightseeings. You can also visit other places in Georgia where you will find whole load of interesting things.

So i reccomend you to go to Georgia by any means. I myself visited it several times and I would really love to again.

I have been working in and around TBS for the last year, and the only problems I have heard about have to do with excess alcohol, Bad Roads and Auto accidents.

It is safe-just use common sense. I never felt threatened or in danger. People are everywhere and are very helpful.
