I%26#39;m planning to have an offshore in Tiblisi, Georgia. Does any one have any experience, with respect quality, salary, costs of office space, rent, benefit package etc. Anything else I should know?

I can only help you with offices and house rentals.
There are newspapers you can have a look to spot the adverts( Georgian Person has to help you in this) or I know one lady%26#39;s property in Tbilisi centre and can give you her details. She lets her house daily and monthly and you can save a lot if you rent privatly than stay in hotels.
